1. Prepare the ramen eggs. Refer to our ramen eggs recipe.


2. Add 2 tablespoons (adjust to your liking) of the ramen egg marinade to the cooked sushi rice while the rice is still warm. Mix well and set aside. Cut the nori sheet into strips.


3. Form the rice into a ball shape with your hands (or with the help of cling film) and flatten it with your palm. Using your thumb, make a well in the centre of the rice ball.


4. Fill the well with Kewpie mayonnaise (~1 teaspoon). Place half of a ramen egg on top, then wrap the egg and the rice with a nori strip.
