Ramen Eggs 味付けたまご
1. Boil room temperature eggs for 6 minutes 30 seconds. Meanwhile, combine water, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and grated garlic; mix well and set aside.
2. Pan fry the spring onion till slightly golden brown. Add the sauce from step 1. Turn off the heat once boiled. Let cool.
3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath and leave them for at least 15 minutes.
4. Peel the eggs and place them in a zip bag. Pour the cooled marinade over the eggs. Put the bag in the fridge overnight.
