SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within the UK only. Free delivery for orders over £30.
Free delivery for all jewellery orders.
Standard UK delivery is charged at £5.35 (3-5 business days).
Express Delivery is available at £6.50 (2-3 business days).
Delivery for orders with jewellery and non-jewellery items under £30 are charged at £5.35.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mio-london.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, all items must be returned unused and intact. We are unable to refund items which are returned broken.
Customers are responsible for paying all tracked return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
Please note that all jewellery items, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Damages
If you receive any broken items within your parcel, please send us a photograph of the product on hello@mio-london.com alongside your purchase information within 3 days of receipt. We can then issue a replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.
