Tofu and Wakame Miso Soup 豆腐とわかめの味噌汁
Dashi - 400ml
Wakame seaweed - 2 teaspoons
Tofu block - half, diced
Miso paste - 2 tbsp
Spring onions, sliced
Hiyayakko (Japanese Cold Tofu) 冷奴
Tofu block - half, halved & chilled
Soy sauce
Grated ginger
Spring onions, sliced
Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) - optional
