Salmon Katsu with Japanese Tartar sauce

鮭フライのタルタルソースのせ

1. Cut the salmon fillets into chunks and marinate them with a pinch of salt. The salt draws excess moisture out of the salmon.

2. Mix mayonnaise (1 tbsp), plain flour (1 tbsp), and water (2 tsp) in a container. Then add the salmon chunks and make sure each side is coated with the mixture.

3. Coat the salmon chunks with panko for frying.

4. Fry each side of the salmon for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
