Salmon & Daikon Miso Soup 鮭と大根の味噌汁
(2 servings)
1. Peel the daikon and cut it into quarters. Then slice to your desired thickness.
2. Cut the salmon fillet into chunks. Using a little oil, pan fry the salmon chunks (skin first then each side) till golden.
3. Add dashi (or water + dashi powder). Simmer for 5 minutes or till the daikon is cooked through.
4. Turn off the heat. Stir in miso paste and garnish with sliced spring onions.
