Menchi Katsu (Minced Meat Cutlet) メンチカツ
~ without deep frying ~
1. Combine all the ingredients & seasonings.
2. Divide the mixture into four parts and shape each part into an oval patty.
3. Coat each patty in the order of flour, beaten egg, and panko.
4. Fry each side of the patty until golden brown.
