Chicken Breast Katsu とりむね肉のチキンカツ
*no eggs, no flour*
(Serves 2-3, halve the ingredients for one serving)
1. Slice the chicken breasts into pieces.
2. Marinade the chicken breast slices with all the seasonings for 10-15 minutes.
3. Cover each chicken breast slice with panko.
4. Deep fry the chicken and let them sit on a cooling rack for 5 minutes before serving.
You can serve this dish with rice or make sandwiches with it. Great for bento and picnic!
