Sweet Corn Tempura コーンのかき揚げ
1. Drain the tinned sweet corn.
2. Combine sweet corn, water, plain flour, and katakuriko (potato starch) and mix till the sweet corn sticks together. (Slide 4)
3. Use two spoons to shape the mixture. (Slide 5)
4. Using a good amount of oil, deep fry each side until golden brown.
(Optional) Sprinkle a pinch of salt and green nori while the tempura is still hot.
