Pickled Cherry Tomatoes トマトの甘酢漬け
~ 10-minute Recipe ~
1. Combine rice vinegar and honey, mix well, and set aside. Poke a small hole in the bottom of each cherry tomato.
2. Boil the cherry tomatoes for 30 seconds.
3. Immediately transfer the cherry tomatoes to cold water. The skin will start to come off and can be peeled easily.
4. Pour the marinade over the cherry tomatoes in an airtight container. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
