What is Ponzu? Ponzu is Japanese citrus seasoned soy sauce. It is salty and tangy, but has lower sodium than soy sauce. This refreshing condiment can be used as a dipping sauce for meat, seafood, tofu, gyoza etc. While it goes well with greasy food, it also makes a great salad dressing.
