Japanese Potato Salad ポテトサラダ
1. Peel and cut potatoes in half; boil in salted water till soft. Drain the potatoes and crush them.
2. Boil an egg for 8-9 minutes. Cut egg white into small pieces.
3. Slice the cucumber, onion, and ham.
4. Combine all ingredients and add mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and pepper. Mix well.
