Gyoza (Japanese Pork and Cabbage Dumplings) 餃子
1. Finely chop the cabbage; grate the garlic and ginger
2. Combine all the ingredients and seasonings; mix well.
3. Prepare a bowl of water to dip your finger in; then wipe the edge of the gyoza skin with your finger. Fold the gyoza (see video).
4. Cook the gyoza until the bottom is slightly golden, then add around 50ml of water. Cover the pan with a lid and cook till the water has evaporated. Remove the lid and cook till the bottom is golden brown.
