Grilled Miso Salmon 鮭のみそ漬け焼き
1. Pat dry the salmon fillet and cut into half.
2. Combine miso paste, sake, mirin, and honey and mix well.
3. Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes with the sauce from step 2.
4. Remove the excess marinade with kitchen paper. Grill in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
The remaining miso marinade can be used to make miso soup.
