Garlic Edamame ガーリック枝豆
1. Mince 2 cloves of garlic and slice chilli peppers.
2. Blanch the edamame in boiling water for 3-4 minutes (or as directed on the package), then drain.
3. Sauté the garlic and chilli.
4. Add the edamame, stir fry, and season with salt and pepper.
