Ingredients konjac block, deep fried tofu, dashi, miso paste, spring onions

Deep fried tofu & konjac miso soup

1. Cut the half block of konjac into small pieces. If you would like to remove the smell, rub the konjac pieces with salt and set aside for 5 minutes. After that give it a good rinse with water.


2. Cut the deep fried tofu into small pieces.


3. Boil 400ml of dashi OR water & dashi powder. Once boiled, add the konjac and the deep fried tofu pieces. Cook for 2 minutes.


4. Turn off the heat and stir in miso paste. Garnish with sliced spring onions.
