Ingredients mini chicken breast fillets nori sheet soy sauce sake sugar ginger potato starch

Chicken Isobeyaki 鶏ささみの磯辺焼き


1. Cut the nori sheet into strips.


2. Cut each mini chicken breast fillet in half.


3. Add seasonings to the chicken and mix well. Then add potato starch and mix well.


4. Wrap the chicken in nori strips and fry each side till golden brown.
