Cheesy Yaki Onigiri (Grilled rice balls with cheese filling) チーズ入り焼きおにぎり
1. Add soy sauce, mirin, and dashi powder to cooked rice.
2. Mix well. Make the onigiri while the rice is warm. When the rice is cooled down, it gets hard and dry, which makes it difficult to mold.
3. Fill the onigiri mold with one layer of rice, cheese filling, and another layer of rice to the edges of the mold. Then cover with the lid, press down, and release.
4. Pan fry both sides of the onigiri with sesame oil till browned and crispy.
