Avocado & Prawn Donburi アボカドとえびのわさび醤油丼
(2 servings)
1. Pan fry the prawns with oil of your choice. We use butter for a more creamy and flavourful taste. Also butter and soy sauce is simply a dreamy duo.
2. Dice the avocado.
3. Combine one tablespoon of soy sauce and wasabi paste (adjust amount to your liking), and mix well.
4. Combine the wasabi soy sauce, cooked prawns, and diced avocado. Place on top of rice and sprinkle shredded nori seaweed on top.
This can also be served without rice, as a side dish or salad.
